The South Connellsville Rod & Gun Club was incorporated in 1964. The object of this organization shall be to unite the sportsmen of South Connellsville and the
surrounding area, in the interest of propagation and protection of all wildlife and human beings; to educate the citizens and youth to better understand the benefits derived from our National Resources; to assure the development and wise use of the same; to cooperate with all organizations designed for the same purpose; to favor business methods in land development and improvement, especially, cooperate with landowners and farmers.
